Regional Sales Manager Europe (m/w/d)

Truking Europe is a newly established subsidiary of Truking Technologies based in Changsha, China. Truking Technologies is a listed company and one of the largest Chinese equipment manufacturers. The main focus is on solutions for the production and packaging of liquid pharmaceuticals. Truking Technology acquired Romaco in 2017. Truking Europe is based in Bologna, Italy and has joined facilities and resources with Romaco Group.

For Truking Europe we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager Europe in the area of pharmaceutical machinery for the production and packaging of medication in liquid form. Reporting to General Manager Truking Europe, located in Bologna, Italy.

Promote Truking products in Europe by establishing, training and managing an agent network as well as direct sales. 

• Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for assigned territory and products
• Maintain and expand customer base by counseling sales representatives; build and maintain rapport with key customers; identify new customer opportunities
• Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, survey consumer needs and trends, and track competitors
• Implement trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending
• Report about market trends, market activities and competition landscape
• Close cooperation with Romaco sales network in Europe

• Engineering or Pharma Background
• Profound knowledge of pharmaceutical process for liquid pharma production and packing
• Profound direct customer knowledge in relevant territories
• Experience in Territory Management 
• Excellent Presentation Skills
• Passion for missionary work
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the market
• Fluent in English and preferably Italian/German
